My artistic skills are largely self-taught, and I can’t remember a time I didn’t love to draw. Paper and pens were most easily accessible for so much of my life, though I find myself moving more and more towards digital art in recent years.
Generally, I’ll do a pencil sketch, which I'll then import to use as the bones of a digital image, though more and more I find myself creating an image start to finish in a program with no traditional-media planning before hand.
This is a collection of my favorite recent illustrations done sans-screen.
This is a collection of my digital works done for fun or for practice- several of which were done with the intent to make them into prints.
I grew up with a pencil perpetually in-hand, but I also grew up in the digital age, so where would I be if I couldn't illustrate on a computer?
Though my hair is no-longer blue, I still strive to express my creative spirit
and make my mark as an artist on this world.
